As a Program Director at Groupe Caisse des Dépôts, a French public sector financial institution and the "financial arm" of the State, I have 10+ years of experience in IT for finance.
I am currently responsible for the cross-entites program related to Strategy & ESG-related, involving various Business Units. I am committed to aligning solutions with IT strategic goals and business needs.
With a particular focus on integrating the EU taxonomy for sustainability and implementing an in-house climate risk reckoner, I take advantage of Agile frameworks and Lean Management principles to ensure efficiency and responsiveness to evolving compliance landscapes.
Previously, I played a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence at various global banking institutions by implementing Murex - the leading integrated capital markets solution - thus sharpening my proactive approach and analytical mindset.
